Build a professional test park according to local conditions
Mohe, China’s northernmost city, is in the same latitude zones as some Northern European countries such as Norway and Sweden. With temperatures below -20℃ for six months of the year, it is the region with the worst extreme cold weather conditions in China. With years of endeavor in operating outdoor empirical test bases, CTC, the first organization in China to build a national outdoor empirical test platform for photovoltaic products, has been building the Extreme Cold Test Park in Mohe, Heilongjiang Province since 2022, aiming to take advantage of the climatic environment of Mohe to build an extreme cold empirical test park with advanced technologies and extensive verification fields.
N-type Module, low temperature resistant
Suntech’s N-type TOPCon Glass-glass Bifacial Module adopts applicable sealing technology and provides excellent resistance to potential acid, alkali, salt fog, water vapor, UV, and Potential Induced Degradation (PID). Ensuring zero water penetration , the module has high load capacity and reliable quality, showing higher stability even in snow and ice, and can withstand up to 3,600 Pa of negative pressure and 5,400 Pa of positive pressure. The excellent low-temperature resistance performance and mechanical properties ensure the stable operation of the module in snow and ice and severe cold weather. With a bifacial design that ensures it makes full use of light reflection and scattering, and various types of brackets for different high-reflection application scenarios including snowfield and grassland, this module can get more power in the same period of time compared to products with a monofacial design. By doing so, it can help reduce the cost per kilowatt-hour and maximize its clients’ benefits.
